Return Policy

Please review our return policy before attempting to return any merchandise.

Up to 14 days after delivery

Eligible merchandise may be exchanged for store credit or a refund, subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Up to 30 days after delivery

Eligible merchandise may be exchanged for store credit only, and may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

After 30 days

Merchandise may be accepted for return at the discretion of management. Please contact our support team for more information.

Terms and Conditions

• A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required for all returns and exchanges.
• Returned merchandise must be in new, unused condition.
• Merchandise must be returned with all original packaging and accessories.
• Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
• Returned merchandise must be received within 30 days of the RMA being issued. RMAs will be void after 30 days. Merchandise received after 30 days may be accepted at the discretion of management and subject to higher restocking fees.

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using this website. All users agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable laws. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.

General Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall Marion Advanced Manufacturing—including its officers, directors, employees, representatives, or affiliates (collectively, the “Covered Parties”)—be liable for any injury, death, loss, claim, damage, act of God, accident, delay, or any special, exemplary, punitive, incidental or consequential damages of any kind, whether based in contract, tort or otherwise, which arise out of or are in any way connected with any use of this site or with any delay or inability to use this site, or for any information, software, products, or services obtained through this site, even if a party has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

If, notwithstanding the above, a Covered Party is found liable for any loss or damage relating to the use of this site, the User agrees that the liability of any such party shall in no event exceed the fee or charge to the User assessed by Marion Advanced Manufacturing for making a request.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Marion Advanced Manufacturing and its affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, costs, and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to your use of the site and/or any items purchased from the site.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

• Returns will not be accepted more than 30 days after purchase and delivery.
• Special order items, customer-specified hose assemblies, and cut hose lengths measuring less than 25 feet are not returnable.
• All metric fittings and adapters are considered special order and are subject to up to a 25% restocking fee.
• Stainless steel fittings are non-returnable.
• Hydraulic hose crimpers, and any custom manufactured dies are non-refundable.
• Labor, hose assembly, and shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Store credits provided for any returns will expire after two (2) years.

All returns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Before we will accept a return, you must call or fill out a contact us form to be provided an RMA number.
